TIP 1: Get Fit Quick
When you have a target date, often you tend to go too hard too fast, which can result in injury. Definitely devise a schedule of attack and before implementing your program, take ample time to stretch out, warm up and properly feed your body. Take time to learn new techniques as trends are often changing and new training methods are being utilized.

Mike has over 25 years of training experience, and it shows. Mike specializes in one-on-one training with an emphasis on nutrition, supplementation, and all aspects of resistance and cardiovascular training. Mike is in demand from the likes of has been sought after by everyone from All Star athletes, Olympic contenders, movie stars (including Academy award winners) and executives from Fortune 500 companies. He's helped train the cast and crew of movies such as American Beauty, Fight Club, The Cell and Scorpion King.

mike ryan is a true friend. not only did he start my carrer but he was the first person in venice golds who believed in my skils and abilities when he hired me to work with him in venice. from there he landed me a job with monica seles and then crystal bustos of the us olympic softball team. since then i have opened my own training facility and have been able to build a succesful business in both personal training and sports performance. he is a great friend and a true professional and i owe him a big debt of gratitude. i hope you can pass this on to him. be well mike and as always thank you and continued success. marcus its me mario kittler
